In 2016 the Department of Labor (DOL) issued an updated threshold for salaried employees to be exempt from overtime pay.  That minimum salary was to be $47,476.

A judge ruled in late 2016 against the rule and the threshold never went into effect.  In early 2019 the DOL issued an announcement about a newly proposed threshold of $35,308.

We are collecting feedback from the nonprofit sector to share with the DOL.  Thank you for taking this brief survey, your comments and feedback will be shared.
